I’m a nurse and plant-centered, holistic health coach who’s found her foundation of health through a lifestyle approach to health, and now I want help YOU create yours!

My mission is to create a new approach to health & wellness that empowers women to solidify habits that lead to sustainable weight loss and prevent disease, lessen the need for traditional medicine, and take control back of their own health.

What are some of the everyday products we are using or toxins like alcohol we are consuming that are affecting our health, and how to mitigate the deleterious effects of these.

Carbs, Protein, & Healthy Fats

Learn about how to incorporate complex carbohydrates, replace some of your animal protein for plant proteins, and how to choose and add in anti-inflammatory fats for healing and overall health, disease prevention, and reversal.

MODULE 8:

Circadian Rhythm Balance, Sleep, Light and why WHEN You Eat Matters

Learn the importance of your sleep/wake cycle, natural vs artificial light, HOW and WHY you eat is just important as WHAT you eat, and how to get into morning and nighttime routines that promote vitality.

Love, Connection, Family Approach & Navigating the Challenges

Vitamins and minerals are the micronutrients that support your body functions. They are called micro because you only need them in small amounts, but they’re still vital to your health and wellbeing. Micronutrients do not provide energy or structure, but they are needed for proper functioning of the body. I’ll teach you how to ensure you are consuming these in adequate quantities.

Movement as Medicine

Learn how to embrace movement you love and incorporate it into your every day. I’ll teach you how to work smarter, not harder, find balance and share with you the exercise needed to burn body fat, build strong bones, and get the body composition you’re desiring.
